We deliver across India. Orders are generally delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Personalized products may require additional processing time while your design is prepared. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Delivery may occasionally be affected by courier, weather, regional or other logistics issues.
Personalized or customized products are generally non-returnable because they are specially made for you. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact SMILE BOX within the applicable timeframe with clear photos or videos of the package and product. Approved cases may receive a replacement or refund in accordance with our review.
Orders may only be cancelled before processing or production begins. Once a personalized product has entered production, cancellation may not be possible.
We responsibly handle information such as your name, phone number, email, shipping address, order details and personalization information. We use it only for order processing, customer support, communication and improving your shopping experience.
Product colors, appearance, dimensions and prints may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, manufacturing processes and individual screen settings.
Please make sure your photos, names, spellings and personalization details are correct before final approval.
Available payment methods are shown securely at checkout and may include online payments through supported payment providers. COD is not available for customized or personalized products because these products are specially created for the customer.
